A one hour class designed to give you a full body workout utilizing strength & conditional drills pulled straight from a pro boxing regimen. You will also "glove up" for fat blasting boxing drills. This class is co-ed and open to all fitness levels and as always, the first class is always free. To get started. come a few minutes before class starts and check in at the front desk.
